Creating Your Pulse Account
Before you can send emails, WhatsApp messages, or push notifications with Pulse, you need to create a Pulse account.
April 20, 2026
Your account gives you access to your private workspace, where you can manage your campaigns, contacts, settings, and other Pulse activities.
Creating an account takes only a few minutes. No credit card is required, and you don't need to connect your store during registration. You can connect your store later during workspace setup.
Pulse supports different types of websites and stores, including Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and custom websites.
Sign-Up Options
You can create your Pulse account using any of the following methods:

If your company has enabled SSO for Pulse:
- Open the Pulse sign-in page.
- Click SSO.
- Enter your company details if requested.
- Follow the instructions provided by your organization's SSO system.
If you're not sure whether your company uses SSO, contact your administrator or use another available sign-up method.
Remember Me
The Remember me option keeps you signed in on your device so you don't have to enter your login details every time you open Pulse.
Use it when:
- You're using your personal computer or phone.
- You don't share your device with other people.
Don't use it when:
- You're using a public computer.
- You're using a shared device.
For security, leave Remember me unchecked on shared or public devices.
What Happens After Sign-Up?
After you create your Pulse account, you'll enter Workspace Onboarding.
This guided setup helps you prepare your workspace before sending campaigns.
The onboarding process includes:
- Name your workspace
- Set up your sending domain (optional at this stage)
- Verify your sender email
- Connect your store or website
- Import your contacts
- Send a test email
You can skip most setup steps and complete them later.
However, sender email verification must be completed before you can send real campaigns.
