Connectors

Learn how to connect, manage, and update the store and website sources that power product sync, contact imports, and automation triggers.

April 20, 2026

During workspace onboarding, you connected your store once as part of Step 4 (Connection). The Connectors page is where that same connection lives permanently, letting you manage it, add more, or connect a different platform entirely, any time after setup.

Where to find it

Click Connectors in your sidebar. The subtitle explains exactly what this powers: "Connect store and website sources used by product sync, contact import, and automation triggers."

In other words, this single connection is what feeds your Products catalog, lets you import contacts from your store, and gives your automations the behavioral data they trigger from.

Connecting your store

Under "Connect your store," you'll choose a platform:

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • WordPress
  • Custom

Selecting Shopify reveals a "Shopify store domain" field, where you enter your store's domain, for example your-store.myshopify.com, followed by a Continue button to complete the connection.

WooCommerce and WordPress work the same way, with fields specific to each platform.

Selecting Custom brings up the same URL and access token/script tag flow covered in the "Connecting Pulse to a custom website" article in Developer hub.

Onboarding status

A panel on the right, "Onboarding status," reminds you why this matters: "Connecting a store completes the integration step."

If you skipped Connection during initial setup, you'll see a note here: "No active store connector has been marked for onboarding yet," a clear signal that this step is still outstanding and worth finishing.

Your connected sources

Below the connection panel, you'll see a list of everything you've connected so far.

Until you've added anything, you'll see an empty state: "No connectors installed," with the note "Connect your first data source using the cards above."

Why you might come back to this page later

A few common reasons to revisit Connectors after your initial setup:

  • You skipped store connection during onboarding and are ready to complete it now
  • You're switching to a different platform, for example, moving from WordPress to Shopify, and need to update your connection
  • You manage more than one storefront and want to connect an additional source
  • Your original connection needs to be re-authenticated, for example, if an access token expired

How this relates to onboarding

If you completed Step 4 during your original workspace setup, you don't need to do anything here again. Your connection already exists and continues working in the background.

This page exists specifically for anyone who skipped that step, needs to change their connection, or wants to verify their store connection is still active.
